New in 2023, these 90 min sessions are perfect for anyone who needs support or guidance to process a mindset block. A struggle in the present moment. In this session you can gain clarity and understanding around a specific situation or emotion; moving your mindset into a clearer direction and allow yourself to not feel overwhelmed.

Wellbeing Workshop

Workshops bring the opportunity for connection; discussing issue with people who are going through similar situations. Life brings us unknown changes and increased challenge, so it is important that we support each other.

I first met Hannah at an anxiety workshop through mindset maintenance… I was probably feeling the worst I have ever felt. My anxiety levels were so high it took everything I had to stay for the workshop. At the end Hannah approached me to ask if I was okay; I think it must have been quite visible I wasn’t. I burst into tears, I said I needed help as I didn’t want to feel the way I was feeling anymore. I wanted to invest in coaching as an investment in myself. The first session I was nervous and anxious what to expect but Hannah is so lovely and I felt safe. I was able to offload a lot that I had kept bottled up and didn’t even realise I was still holding onto. Some of our sessions are planned and structured from something that I might have been working on at home, I then go through feelings at a session. Sometimes if I’ve had a had few busy weeks, I am able to offload in a safe and supportive environment to unpick and work out how to progress and move on. I never thought I needed a therapist or coach or any help at all to be honest… then I met Hannah.

I’ve been working with Hannah since May starting on a bi weekly basis.

Professional Agreement

This is an important legal instrument for a coach and their client; serving two purposes.
Firstly, our agreement sets the ground rules for the coaching plan & our relationship; both parties know their obligations.
Secondly, it outlines my responsibility and accountability as the coach.

Client Questionnaire

It’s really important that your coach understand how your sessions have or haven’t helped. This is not just form a learning perspective but so that the positive growth & experience can be shared with other potential clients who are or have had similar feelings or concerns.
